Hello Friends,
We're sorry that it has been so long since we have published a blog post. We have been through a lot of twists and turns and changes the past couple of years, but the Lord has been putting it on our hearts that we should be communicating with our friends, family, and loved ones more frequently and diligently. Here's a bit of an update.
Jadon is 3 and a half at this point, and Jimmy is turning 2 the 29th of this month. Even better, we are expecting another! Jimmy and Jadon are awaiting a little brother due mid-September. To be honest, it was a surprise to us at first that the Lord wanted to bless us with three boys up front. More and more, the idea has been growing on us- three little off-shoots of our family. We're praying that the Lord would grab their hearts and that God would give us the grace to model the Christian life, because we definitely can't do it on our own!
The ministry here in Mexico is really advancing- praise the Lord! The big thing right now is the School of Church Planting beginning this year. It's an eight-week course going over practical information for families who feel called to be used to establish a base for the kingdom of God in other places of the world. This year, we have two couples who will be participating- receiving wisdom from experienced pastors and ministers from the area.We wanted to leave you with this thought- "I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me."- Galatians 2:20. True life is only made possible through faith in Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Do you know Him?
